Rental Information

The best way to book an order is through our online booking form. Try to provide as much information as possible and we will contact you within 24 business hours (usually much sooner) to verify any details and confirm your order. Otherwise you are welcome to stop by during business hours or phone us. For larger orders we encourage you to book well in advance to ensure we have the appropriate items in stock.

Rental modifications:
Major and minor changes are welcome 7 or more days prior to your delivery date. Minor changes are welcome up to 48 hours before your event delivery or customer pick-up date but accommodated based on availability and time.
Payment is due in full upon delivery or customer pick-up. We accept cash, cheques, credit cards, debit payments and email transfers. A credit card and driver’s license are required for renting any items.

​ A 50% deposit guarantees your reservation. The deposit is refundable if cancelled 14 days or more before your event. Refunds are not issued for items cancelled with less than 14 days notice.

​ A security deposit is required on most non-account orders and is authorized at or near time of delivery or customer pick-up.

​ No refunds will be issued on unused equipment. All rental equipment is subject to availability at time of booking. Rentals officially begin upon customer pick-up or delivery drop-off. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer from time of delivery or customer pick-up to the time of the equipment’s return.

​ The holder of the credit card will be responsible for any loss or damage of equipment if any occur.

​ We ask that everything be returned properly cleaned. A minimum $25 charge is applied to rental fee if equipment is returned in unclean condition.

The customer will not abuse, misuse or damage the equipment:
Keep all rental equipment away from open flame or heat sources.
Place all rental equipment on solid and level surfaces.
Do not stand on or tilt any of the rental equipment.
Immediately take down tents in windy conditions.
Use rental equipment for intended purpose only. ​

​ In the event of any accident or incident causing property damage or bodily harm, the customer agrees to take full responsibility and shall indemnify and hold The Rental Brothers harmless from any claims or actions. The Rental Brothers shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to customer’s property that is in anyway connected with the use or defect of our rental equipment. The Rental Brothers makes no warranties as to the equipment’s fitness for any particular purpose.

Cochrane Delivery (two way): $175.00

Delivery fees are based on deliveries made within Calgary city limits from Monday - Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM​. Delivery and pickup is to the door only.

Additional fees will apply if delivery or pick-up is required outside regular delivery hours or days.
Additional fees will apply if equipment needs to be moved over long distances or stairs.

Happy to Omit setup charge if only a couple items to setup.
